CITI Modular Homes provides factory manufactured permanent family homes as multi-storey apartments, detached, semi-detached and terraced homes. CITI Modular Homes are fully customisable, high tech units. The biggest features of modular buildings are the speed and accuracy which they are built, installed and low running costs.  Accommodation can be on site and fully functional in 2 weeks. The units are designed to exceed Building Regulations and can be designed to the highest insulation values possible (incl Carbon Neutral) and have BBE product certification of 20 years and a lifespan exceeding 60 years with sustainability at its heart. CITI Modular Homes are mortgagable.

CITI Modular Homes produces the design, manufacture, fitting out, installation and external works. This will mean easier procurement, fewer management resources, greater cost efficiency and improved quality control. With full design and build service (DfMA), CITI Modular Homes reduces client outsourcing, with our planning and design team co-ordination services.

 

CITI Modular Homes can supply any building that can be volumized from bespoke single homes to multistorey housing complexes. Existing designs can be converted to the CITI Modular Homes format. Layouts incorporate mobility standards where required. All buildings exceed building regulation standards (Code 4+) and can achieve Carbon Neutral qualification in part due to high levels of insulation and low running costs to exacting standards.
